Unilytics began as an SEO analytics app with chat agents inside it (insights, reports, ads). In October 2026 it became an MCP-first skill system with a per-client context, used from the consultant's own AI client.
What carried over: the projects, the versioned skill store and the knowledge base. What stopped: the chat agents inside the app. The work now happens in the consultant's own AI, over MCP.
